EDATA Listing Leader - ELL is a web application that is used for selling IPO’s through sub-brokers within different nations. All selling orders are routed to the central brokerage firm where the IPO module is installed.

Therefore, clients will be able to sell their IPO’s through any authorized sub-broker within their region and receive payments.

ELL allows users to define sub-brokers, and administrates, monitor, and control their operations, it also allows sub-brokers to add users with privileges, register new clients and place orders and much more.


ELL is integrated with other EDATA modules, and has two modules, Admin module, and sub-broker module. Admin module allows admin users to define administrator users, set administrator settings, define sub-broker companies and set their settings and information, to define sub-broker companies’ administrator users; it supports unlimited number of users, and many types of reports (Sub-broker users report, Sub broker sales report, and Admin Users report). With this module the admin user can customize the system settings (Stock market, Stock name, Stock symbol, closed price, commissions, define the payments and check fees, and more).

ELL sub-broker module enables sub-brokers to manage users, add users (Unlimited number of users), set users settings, and set users privileges. In addition to be able to view and print reports (Users report, Clients report, Orders report, and Executed orders report). The user of this module is able to register new clients, do automatic validation for duplicate registration, and release existing clients. Also the user can apply many transactions on active orders: Place sell orders for customers, modify selling orders, view placed selling orders, view executed selling orders, and much more.
