EDATA Broker Admin
EDATA Broker Admin - EBA The administrator has a superior role in adding, managing and assigning users/brokers to different areas of activities and groups of clients, while granting different privileges to different people based on the needs and structure of the firm, to have a more secured environment. Tasks and operations may be divided among traders, so that, for instance, one broker may be allowed to open accounts, while another may be trusted with activating them. Also a client will be assigned to one or more brokers, who would manage and track their orders and other account issues.

Manage Permissions
Define broker/user groups and add members to them, define client groups based on predefined categories (platinum, VIP, etc) add member clients to them, and assign a group of customers to one or more brokers.

Manipulate groups
This is achieved by adding, deleting, and reassigning clients and users/brokers to different groups of activities and privileges.

Privileges
Trading: allow brokers to enter orders on behalf of clients upon their request. Portfolio: uplift (transfer) shares and view balances and positions. Customer accounts: open new customer accounts; approve/reject applications; activate, block or unblock accounts. Other privileges: Assign privileges to print checks for clients, and assign privileges to send payments to customers (depending on the availability of gateway banking).
