Support Strategy
The support requirements of each organization can vary greatly. EDATA’s Account Management Team with the assistance of the customer develops a support strategy that will best meet their requirements.

The Account Management Team will consist primarily of the Account Manager, in addition to this primary interface, the involvement of EDATA’s managers and every EDATA’s support staff will be made available to the customer whenever required.

As part of our ongoing support commitment to the customer, we will follow up our customers with all its international visitors including technical specialists and senior executives. Also we will follow up with their activities such as product briefing, product launching, technology seminars and much more.

The support needs of an installation can be seen as falling into two categories, the day-to-day issues relating to software problems and the help needed in the assistance of future strategic planning. The characteristics and demands are very different in each case and can be easily identified. In order to address these requirements; EDATA has structured its total support organization accordingly.
